What CampusFlow does

CampusFlow lets students book and pay for a seat on campus transport before travelling. You select your route and transport type, pay for your seat, and receive a digital ticket with a QR code. A transport attendant scans your QR code when you board.

CampusFlow is a booking and payment platform. The actual transport service is provided by the campus transport operators. CampusFlow facilitates the booking and payment; it does not itself operate the vehicles.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate details, including a valid matriculation number, as bookings are tied to your identity for boarding.

Booking and payment

• A seat is confirmed only after payment is successful and a valid QR ticket is issued.
• Your ticket is valid only for the specific route, transport type, and time it was booked for.
• You must present your QR ticket to the attendant to board.
• Bookings close a short period before departure; this is shown at the time of booking.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to book fraudulently, share or duplicate tickets, or interfere with its operation. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.

Availability

We aim to keep CampusFlow available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Routes and transport types shown as unavailable cannot be booked until they are enabled.

Limitation

CampusFlow is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or conduct that are within the control of the transport operators rather than the platform. Where a payment is affected by such issues, our Refund Policy applies.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CampusFlow after changes means you accept the updated terms.
