CampusFlow only collects the information needed to reserve a bus seat, confirm payment, and check students in at the bus.
What we collect
We collect your name, matric number, phone number, selected bus, payment status, and check-in status. If you create an account, we also store the login information needed to recognise your account securely.
Why we collect it
We use this information to create your booking, hold your seat, issue your QR ticket, confirm payment, prevent duplicate bookings, and let the attendant check you in.
Who can see it
You can see your own bookings. The attendant can see the passenger details needed for the bus they are handling. CampusFlow administrators can see booking and payment records needed to operate the service and resolve problems.
Payments and data requests
Online payments are processed by Monnify. CampusFlow stores the payment status and transaction references needed to match your payment to your booking. For questions, corrections, or deletion requests, email sradjawel@gmail.com.
