When you register and use CampusFlow, we collect:

• Your name
• Your matriculation number
• Your phone number
• Your email address (if provided)
• Your bus booking and travel history on the platform
• Payment confirmation details processed through our payment provider

We do not collect or store your card details. All card payments are handled directly and securely by Paystack, our licensed payment processor.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process your bus bookings and issue your tickets
• Confirm your payments and issue refunds where applicable
• Verify you at the point of boarding (through your QR ticket)
• Improve the service and understand how students use it

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except our payment processor (Paystack) and, where a transport partnership requires it, the relevant campus transport authority strictly for the purpose of running the service.

How we protect your information

Your data is stored securely and access is restricted. All connections to CampusFlow are encrypted using HTTPS. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorised access.

Your rights

You may request to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. To make any such request, contact us at hello@campusflow.name.ng.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
